오늘은 여기까지.
저녁에 러닝하고 줌으로 덤벨, 타바타 운동했습니다.
덤벨 무게를 올려봤는데 허리가 괜찮습니다. 아직은 관리중이긴한데 크게 문제없이 운동이 가능하네요.
